Same thing happened to us! Total fail! Still tasted good though!
10. January - 10:12 amThe trick here is to freeze the cheese first. That allows the outside to brown up while the inside gets melted.. gives you enough time. Freeze the cheese first, then after you put the batter on them, freeze them again for a while longer. Then, pop them in the oven DIRECTLY from the freezer. This is the secret!
10. January - 11:29 amI froze them once and dipped them in the batter, but I never thought to re freeze them. I’ll have to try that next time I’m ready for a good ‘fail’ :-p Thanks for the tip!
