What I Did: My sister and I really liked bows and we wanted to try the cute hairstyle we saw on pinterest. We couldn’t figure out how to finish the center part of the bow and keep it from collapsing in on itself. We thought more hair would fix it. No such luck. Fail.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: no idea… Hairdresser school?

I actually know how to do that bow, and its really simple! You just do a bun and leave a little bit of hair out on the top so it looks like you have an awkward cowlick. Then all you do is split the bun in half vertically and pull the extra piece down. Lastly, you bobby pin it directly under the bow!

11. February - 11:43 pmI’ve done this so many times and it always comes out as a bow. Granted I had already figured out how to do it before I found Pinterest. But still the tutorials are super easy and my 10 year old niece can do the style on her dolls.
